Dawes building services was founded in 2013 whereby we set foot within the built environment taking part in small construction and maintenance projects. As the years went on we have successfully built the company up to a 5 star standard which is built on... Innovation, Trust and Integrity.
Dawes building services have won large scale tenders based in schools, hospital and shops, However we ensure that all clients are taken care of no matter how small or large the project.

Our Process
Consultancy Services
The Client can request a free site meeting so we can understand the project requirements.
We will then send over a fee proposal to undertake your project.
Once agreed we will arrange a further meeting to clarify key aspects such as;

All construction services estimations are free and non obligatory
We can estimate work from plans, on-site and remotely.
Upon agreement of the estimate, we will set out a formal works quotation
All works are done under a JCT contract

At Dawes Building Services we have a team of surveyors who conduct surveys for design, defects, condition reports and more.
Construction Estimates
