The Heston Community School project stands as one of Dawes Building Services Ltd’s most significant achievements. Appointed as sole contractor on a full Design and Build basis, we took complete ownership of the project — from initial design and planning through to construction and handover — delivering a transformed learning environment within a 16-week programme.Completed in 2021, this project remains a standout example of educational construction delivery in West London.
Working on a live school site, our experienced team maintained strict safeguarding protocols, minimised disruption to staff and pupils, and met every milestone without compromise on quality. The result speaks for itself — a modern, purpose-built library extension and refurbished study spaces that the school community can be proud of for years to come.
